"I had a reservation for 3 night. The rating for staff should be 2 1/2. The elevator was broken the whole time so I had to stay on the first floor. I don't like that. About 2 hours after being in the room, someone with a key to the room opened the door. If I had not had the flap bar across the door he would have been able to walk in. "They offered crafts, indoor games and activities for the rainy days which really helped keep my kids entertained when the pool and beach weren't an option. Definitely a family friendly place!"
