"The rooms are not well kept in my experience. The first cabin I received had some immediate issues, but they DID quickly switch me to another cabin. I appreciate the staff acting so quickly, but my initial cabin should not have been available until after repairs had been completed. The grounds are ok, not well lit or signed, dont come in at night if you can help it. Its pretty close to Lake Arrowhead, extremely pet friendly, and the seclusion of the cabins is pretty cool. I would stay there...

"The staff is outstanding and very helpful. I enjoyed my stay. I would have rated it excellent if there was access to the lake and a tad less noisy. It was off season so I couldn’t get on the water via the hotel as it’s a private lake - who knew that was a thing?! Also, the walls are paper thin and I had noisy neighbors. I could hear every detail of the conversation in their room. I also never received the promised email receipt upon check out. "

"Only thing i didn't like was that it seemed a lot of homeless people were staying there . Seems like they accept vouchers . For 140 a night plus $100 deposit that wasn’t really my style , overall no complaints for amenities or breakfast. "

"The staff was friendly and was quick to change our room as we checked in the room was not cleaned, they quickly reassigned us another room, however the new room was lacking a shower curtain but they were quick to remedy that also. "

"They allow dogs but then have no grass anywhere for your dogs to use. Everything is rocks and succulents and most of it is not even flat. At least have a decent fake grass area! I literally had to go next door behind the Chuckee Cheese for a little grass so my female dog would even go pee! It's dark back there at night, so I had to make sure I took her before 9pm when they were still open, so I would feel somewhat safe. Also, ridiculous they stop breakfast at 9am even on Sunday, so I only had...
