"Difficult to describe. After first night we were rating this one or two stars - our arrival experience was awful and the restaurant staff made us feel very unwelcome. We were so tense the waves crashing beneath us on the cliffs kept us awake rather than relaxing us. We planned to Just say away from hotel for as much of the time as possible. The next day was much better and with the staff on duty going the extra mile and we relaxed and enjoyed the facilities after all and slept well. It is a beautiful hotel such a shame our stay was made uncomfortable by difficult staff"

"Loved this resort ! We like quiet and peaceful and this place certainly provided it! Private pool was clean and well maintained (used everyday) breakfast menu was excellent with a good selection and variety (we were there 7days and had something different each day! There are a few other resorts nearby if you wish to visit/dine - we ate 2 nights in and tried other local places ! Main pool is open but we didn’t need it! Staff are wonderful and nothing too much trouble! Highly recommend if you are looking for a quite holiday location away from the bai madness!"

"A beautiful spot. We loved our stay in one of the ocean facing rooms by the pool. The staff are amazing!!! Ketut organised everything we needed including scooters and boat trips, with sound advice about the best days to go snorkelling. We recommend asking for an afternoon massage, it was the best we have had on our trip. Great selection of food and drinks, the mojitos are delicious. Only a short walk to lots of other clubs and dining options as well. Book a ferry with transfers and then just go with the flow on arrival, the Veranda team will get you there and back no trouble. A short walk over the yellow bridge as part of the journey only adds to the adventure. We will be back!"

"IT WAS A NICE STAY HEREEE. spacious room, spacious bathroom, good water, nice pool (!75cm!!), they provide you water dispenser so you dont have to buy mineral water (also you can get cold water from the water dispenser!). big storage, a lot of place to sit, good breakfast. the breakfast experience was superb, in the morning with some lively birds around the pool. oh the welcome drink is also super refreshing! amazing experience staying here:)"
