"Stayed here a couple years ago and was very impressed. Just stayed here again and was not so impressed. Tried to take a shower and there was no hot water, called front desk and was told i had to let water run for 20 - 25 minutes for it to get warm. Well we did that and only had warm/hot water for 5 minutes. Then when the water was warm, the shower mad this high pitched noise, that I am surprised didn't we didn't get a noise complaint. "It was a clean room. I really appreciated the evening clerk. She was GREAT! When I went to turn the key in at the end of my stay, the person who was at the front desk was in the back and appeared to be reading a newspaper. There were two packages setting there. I announced that I was checking out and mentioned the packages. He didn't get up. Otherwise, everything couldn't have been BETTER! I loved the whirlpool. I liked how they had the room set up. Everything else was great."
