"From the warm greeting, cool vibe of the place and a spotless and comfortable room we were impressed with Kyah. We relaxed instantly, enjoyed the bikes, gym and grounds, hot tub nice addition.. Blaq restaurant; again warm greeting, cool vibe, good menu and wine list for dinner, we enjoyed everything we ate here. They’ve done a great Reno on this place and the planting and color scheme work to make you feeling instantly chilled out. "

"Room was spotless and had the most magnificent view, was small but is what you would expect of an historic hotel. Was amazing to step back into the past. Staff were fantastic and obviously loved their job. "

"I was greeted warmly at reception, the check in process was smooth and quick. Our room was ready an hour early and it smelt lovely and was very clean. Bed comfortable. Hotel facilities eg pool, games room, are lovely and again, clean. Hotel is very close to Leura Mall. It's my 3rd visit and I will be back again. "
