"Staff was friendly but disliked the extra information that had to be entered on the IPad. It added an extra unnecessary step. I had pre booked the room. The grounds were nice but this hotel has a lot of construction/ outdoor workers apparently stay here so there was clumps of dirt from the front door to the front desk and lobby area then upstairs off of the elevator. The hotel can’t clean constantly I know but it was just off putting"

"This property was very run down. All the furniture was in desperate need of replacing. Strong bleach smell when we arrived. Red flag. Trash all over the room and an empty food container left tucked under our bed with old food still in it. Talked to the GM but he did not offer a discount or refund, he just simply asked if I wanted to stay or not. Would not recommend."

"We found the room to be in need of updating. Paint was peeling off the wall by the blinds and while taking a shower the shower door came off of its track and fell into the shower at me. The rollers are missing on the shower door. When we checked in the couch had white moist spots on it that I had to clean off.
