"Breathtaking views. Get the balcony room! Lunch buffet was delicious and well done. Service is fantastic. Water pressure was amazing. Nice hot showers, comfortable beds and pillows. Wish the rooms had a microwave and wish the resort had a pool. There is a microwave available by the ice machine on level 3 though. The hiking and water falls in the area are the best around!"

"The bed was comfortable and the room was clean. I was disappointed in the breakfast. There was no fruit, no yogurt or any type of muffins or danishes. When I got back to the room there was no hot water. I got dressed without a shower. As I was leaving I stopped at the desk to let them know I did not have hot water. I was told they found the problem and had it fixed. I would have appreciated some type of discount for not being able to shower but was offered nothing other than an apology. I...

"We did not interact with staff because of our late arrival, early departure, and long stays at the hospital. The room was immaculate and comfortable. Our only displeasure was being right underneath (apparently) a stage that had live music when we were trying to sleep between hospital visits. There was no notice to us that would be happening and nothing that could be done - but to endure. In fairness - the music was pretty good, but we needed sleep so much more. 😌"

Cindy’s breakfasts were absolutely outstanding—homemade, delicious, and one of the highlights of our stay. "The staff and hotel are wonderful. Work out room is quiet and clean. We stayed in a queen suite for the week, and it was perfect. Enough room for all three of us not to fall over each other or our luggage. Breakfast was the usual hotel breakfast, eggs, egg cheese English muffin, and sausage. They also had waffles, cereal, fruit, yogurt, and oatmeal. The staff was helpful and informative of the area. We absolutely loved our stay. Price was VERY nice for a week stay.
