"The room we had light fixtures loose paper holder in bathroom was also loose mini fridge froze the drinks light string above headboard had fallen."

"The room was clean and the beds comfortable. Granddaughter enjoyed the heated pool. Breakfast was good but was not kept replenished. A little problem at check , language barrier, I spoke English and she didn't. All on all it was good would stay there again."

"Close to downtown Blacksburg and room was comfortable. The staff was great."

"Very nice and clean property."

"Staff are always very friendly and helpful. We’ve stayed there multiple times this year due to the death of my mother in law. Rooms are clean. I truly appreciate their service for securing my laptop. To the person who found my laptop, thanks so very much for your kindness and honesty. May God bless your good and beautiful heart."

"The staff were very kind and helpful. We stayed here because of the high rating, but have to be honest that this is NOT a 9.6 out of 10 hotel. It is older, the furniture is quite dated and the tv is the smallest that I’ve seen in a long time!! It was clean, but really needs updating in order to qualify for the rating it has. Our AC did not work consistently. If you want a nice person at the desk and clean rooms for the price, then by all means, stay here."

"Room was clean, bar food was good, lots of parking. Easy freeway access."

"Very nice property and will stay here again!"
