I stayed there for five nights and it was absolutely wonderful. The place is huge and has everything you can imagine from restaurants to entertainment and is centrally located close to the Blue Ridge Parkway. The staff are very friendly and helpful and the price of the room was very reasonable. This is the only place I'll stay in Cherokee North Carolina when I return.

Staff very helpful. Resort is beautiful. If you are coming to visit just for casino you will be disappointed, it is the worst paying casino I’ve ever visited. Also front desk needs a map to hand out very confusing.

Had to Check in at the counter, staff was very nice. My room was spacious king size bed with walk in shower, coffee maker and microwave. I worked during the day with a Hot Spot wasn’t the best. Went downstairs in the evening had a variety of different machines, played had a nice time. Ate at the Food Court, prices weren’t bad, was happy with the food selection. Will definitely go back!

Our stay was amazing! From check in to Ruth Chris and of course the Casino, we truly enjoyed our stay. Two employees stood out to us, we were checked in by a gentleman named Mark, he was so helpful and pleasant that we immediately felt welcomed, and then our Room attendant Vina was so sweet and helpful.
