"We had to kill a spider in our room, there was not TV listing guide in the room, the pool which should have been open, was not open, they were short staff so only one person working the front desk who worked to 11pm and back in the next morning at 7am and you could tell by the service, she was very tired, the air conditioner unit was not keeping the correct temperature, the signage was not easiley seen- if it wasn't for our GPS, we would have totally missed it.
