"Started off on the wrong foot. I originally though I had booked at the Crown Center (I suppose Westin) but discovered it was not -- AND a mile or so away (not very walkable from Crown Center). I was told by staff at BOTH places that it is a daily occurrence. Not the hotel's fault but i didn't start the trip off like I hoped. I wasn't planning an on spending $30 a day for parking --I planned on using the rental agency inside the Westin for one day -- but because of the distance I had to rent for 2 days and pay parking. Again, not the hotel's fault. But still left a bad taste in my mouth. That said the staff was friendly and the building itself was good (not great). I am not sure what "amenities" there were but for the price, I was honestly expecting a little more."
