My family and I stayed here following a Chiefs game. It is a small hotel and is currently under construction. The place was very clean. The lobby was nice and decorated really cute for the holidays. They have a small but mighty selection of food and drinks. It was probably the best hotel shower I’ve ever had. The bed was extremely comfortable. Our room had the most fantastic view straight to downtown Kansas City and it really looked beautiful this time of year. The staff was friendly and helpful and it was in a pretty convenient location. If you don’t mind that eye sore of some construction here and there, this checks all the boxes for a decent little hotel.

Property was clean and well kept. Staff were professional and extremely helpful. Housekeeping kept the room clean and well appointed. But. The room remodel was lacking. The toilet was not properly seated and would wiggle when we sat down. It would also continually run if not seated properly. And there were no hooks or towel bars in the bathroom. That room (236) definitely needed a once over.

Stayed here for the Chappell Roan concert. The staff was extremely nice and very helpful. My room was recently renovated and super comfy. Location is good for the ww1 museum and a good walk to downtown.

The location is excellent. Near lots of attractions. The staff was friendly and helpful, especially LaTosha at the front desk. Our first room was not up to par and the toilet wouldn't flush properly. LaTosha found us a different room and made sure it was right. The breakfast was excellent.

Will definitely be staying here again! I. The heart of KC super close to some of our favorite dining options. We got to stay in one of the renovated rooms and it was really nice and clean. Cost $20 to park, which I’m not sure why but i paid it nonetheless . We got a free goody bag with popcorn and waters upon arrival too. All in all, I’ve stayed at a few other hotels in KC and this one i will be returning to!

Great stay from check-in to check-out. Theus was warm, professional and welcoming. He went above and beyond to provide me with information about the city. The room was clean and spacious. I appreciated the on-site parking. For my stay I was able to walk or utilize public transit but still had to drive to partake in certain places. It was nice not having to worry about parking. Breakfast was very good and had a nice variety. I enjoyed the breakfast sandwiches.
