Anniversary trip and we reserved and paid for king size room. When we checked in we were given a room with double beds. Can’t even sleep with my husband because we both can’t fit in a double bed. Horrible way to spend anniversary. The hotel blamed it on Expedia.

We were charged a resort fee that when we made our reservation in Feb didn’t have one but it went into effect April 1. Resort fee for no swimming pool, no spa, no fitness center. What is the resort fee for? Also none of the restaurants were open during our 4 day stay.

Ameristar hotel was what I would expect at a casino hotel. The rooms were nice and comfortable. Only the fast casual restaurants were open on a Tuesday evening. The better restaurants were all closed. The front desk recommended a steakhouse that was 15 minutes away.

This property was very nice. The front desk workers provided great customer service. Staff members also greeted us in passing. The rooms were nice and spacious. I would stay here again.
