"Was very run down and not clean. There were dead bugs on the carpet. There were live bugs flying around the room. Bed was miserable. They put me in the room next to the laundry and started doing laundry with what sounded like a sledgehammer at 4:00 am. Breakfast was all bread. No protein. Will never see me at this hotel again."

"Hotel lobby was very clean but our room was filled with stink bugs (counted at least 10 visible) and TV did not work. We called the front desk (which they seem to not believe us) and came to room to validate our concerns. We were told they have a stink bugs problem that they couldn’t control and verified….. yes the TV was broken ( turned on with sound but no picture). Staff ended up changing our room with NO Bugs and a working TV."

"The hotel was great. My room was very nice. The bed was more comfortable than some very expensive hotels that I have stayed at.
The staff members were all great. There are many dining options nearby. There is plenty of free parking.
This hotel is very convenient with regard to access to the highway.
I would highly recommend this hotel when comparing to the other hotels in the area and in Beckley, WV. This hotel is very nice and affordable.
Thank you for a wonderful stay."
