The hotel was clean & well maintained. The Staff was welcoming, friendly & helpful. The included breakfast was excellent. The location is convenient to many stores, restaurants & sight seeing, but not right on a highway so there's no highway traffic noise. Our only complaint is they pillows are very small--not a typical bed pillow size. All around, a great place to stay.

Very pet friendly! Room was extremely clean. Staff was so friendly and helpful. The breakfast had super options and was amazing. Beds were comfortable. Shower pressure was the best! This is one of the best hotels we ever stayed at. Would most definite stay again.

I think this is a brand new hotel! everything is fresh and clean and dog friendly. It's easy access to the road for Hilton Head also (about 30 minutes to the beach). super nice!!

We had a room with a view over the lake which was perfect with younger children and older adult children (Me) looking for alligators every morning. All the staff were helpful but the stand out member was Shirley, very welcoming very helpful and breakfast just wasn't the same without her there. The room was large enough with 2 queen beds (thats king size for UK people) and a sofa bed. Parking was free onsite. We had a little issue with our flight but the team at the hotel were more then accommodating with out late arrival. Overall a fantastic experience and defiantly a hotel we would stop in again.

We arrived late evening and the overnight receptionist was wonderful. Very professional, and prompt to assist with our accommodation needs… extra towels and sheets for sofa bed. We woke, expecting to miss breakfast but was pleased to see it was still available for the most part at 10 am with many guests still indulging. Rooms appeared to be recently renovated and in clean condition. First sofa bed mattress that ever looking brand new and no stains for our child to utilize.

Everything about our stay was excellent except for the dead pillows. Especially since the hotel is new. Staff is very nice and friendly. Property is immaculate. Complimentary breakfast offered something for everyone and the dining area is spotless with the staff constantly ensuring there was enough food.
