"The staff was great. However, the property is dated and not well kept. Stains on the carpet, missing toilet seat screw cap, stains on the furniture, dirt stains on the tub floor, Popcorn ceiling, and crumbs on the seats in the room to name a few. If you are sensitive to uncleanliness, then I would suggest a different hotel.
It was not all bad. I can’t emphasize enough how awesome the staff was. The complimentary breakfast and WiFi was good. The location is also great. There are some nice...

"The AC made loud clicking noise all night. Room, bedding, towels and carpet were all damp. Even with AC turned low. Bathtub had 1 inch of water in it when I arrived.
The staff and shuttle driver were very nice but the room was terrible. I checked in during the evening so wasn’t worth trying to remedy as I was only staying 6 hours before a flight."

"Koi pond. Rooms are renovated. Starbucks. I usually don't feel relaxed in hotels on work trips except in the OC and in Maine... and here. This hotel is up there! Rooms have nice ambience, and Jason working the night shift was great!

"Valet was quick & friendly.
Favour checked us in and was very helpful, knowledgeable and kind.
Hotel itself was nice but was downtown downtown, which made it a little tighter/cramped feeling. There were other hotels that seemed to be more spacious in terms of the grounds.
Would stay again!"
