"Lily & Bloom was an excellent introduction to the wonder that is Israel. I felt completely safe there and in exploring the surrounding areas. The concierge staff made our stay a pleasure, especially Avi and Ya'el. They were both so attentive in helping us find our way around Tel Aviv. "The room was clean and bright and more spacious than previous hotels on our trip, we requested an extra blanket and a lovely duvet was delivered .We had specific food requests - vegan and gluten free and the kitchen obliged with excellent meals specially prepared and all of the staff were polite , helpful and eager to please - nothing was a problem.I will stay here again"
