"Unfortunately there’s a problem with the air conditioning but we weren’t told about it until 10pm that night. I first phoned reception at 4pm and I also went down to speak to them; nobody was able to help us or even give us a fan for our room. Disappointed. "

"Pool ok. Some room facilities missing and breakfast was plentiful but some items not kept warm enough, maybe due to later arrival."

"Nice room design, but very difficult to figure out and memorize light switch controls. At breakfast there were no coffees cups available for nearly 10 minutes. Coffee must always be the top priority at breakfast!"
