"Perfect location! Literally 2-3 minutes from the two largest mall in the area. Staff is amazing, they are very attentive, kind, and go out of their way to make you feel comfortable and at home. "A staff member accessed our room in middle of night (after midnight) when we were sleeping. Used key card to open door without knocking, turned the lights on then off, then closed the door and left. I complained to front desk staff as that is unsafe for anyone to barge in like that. There was no extra security lock on their door. "

"The room smelt of tobacco at first , gradually replaced with the smell of sewer. There was no toilet tissue. The included coffee and pastries was not available. The bed was very hard even for Asian standards. The location is good The rate is fair "

"Bed was absolutely terrible you could feel every spring, the towels I would use for wiping down the dog. The air con was like a helicopter in the room. Booked in for 2 nights left after 1,if I had a car I would not of stayed the night. "
