"Everything was great. The staff was helpful. Everything worked well. Since the renovations, everything looked clean and great. Just still working on some of the rooms."

"The room smelled like smoke even though there were no smoking signs everywhere. There were burn marks on the heater unit. The bathroom had no mirror, there was no mirror anywhere in the room. We didn't need a wheelchair accessible room, but they gave us one, on the 2nd floor, with no elevator? Would not recommend!"

"Yes there's plenty of shops and restaurants within miles."

"Breakfast was not good. Everything was OK but the hot food was terrible. The eggs were dry. Some of the potatoes weren’t cooked for what we paid for what we paid to stay there. The quality should’ve been a lot better."

"The bed was VERY comfortable and there was no noise from highway or neighbors. There was plenty of room in our suite and it was Very clean and tidy; Cleaner than an air*nb we stayed at recently. The stay was enjoyable and it was too bad it was for only one night. Lol. An oddity though was they watered the fake flowers pots in front. Thought it funny. We would stay there again!"

"Check in was great after being on the road for 15 hrs with too dogs. Room was very clean well maintained kinda small but nice. Bed was comfortable but loud when you moved around. Asheville is dog city USA. Holding that name and being a dog friendly hotel they should have a small dog area or going to restroom or hanging out there wasn’t anything like this. over all 4 out of 5 would stay again for sure price was right"

"Overbooked, broken laundry facilities, room was unclean, the shower was terrible."

"This was a good place to stay for a night at a very reasonable low cost. I was the only female with 3 guys in the mixed dorm. I had a top bunk which wasn't the easiest to climb into (rungs were spaced further apart than typical) but it was comfortable and I would book again."
