"Disappointing Stay – Serious Cleanliness and Security Concerns
My friends and I stayed at this B&B Hotel in Heidelberg for 3 nights and were genuinely disappointed, especially given the hotel's reputation.
Cleanliness: The carpet in our room was visibly dirty from the moment we checked in. Despite staying three nights, housekeeping never cleaned our room or changed our towels - not once during our entire stay.
