"Everything was great except our room on the top floor with very low slanted/sloped ceilings. Would have preferred a room on lower level with normal ceilings and therefore more room. We stayed only two nights. Otherwise location was great and staff was very nice. Breakfast was excellent."

"Hotel very clean. Very friendly staff. Delicious food both in restaurant Grand Kasprowy as well as the -1 breakfast/dinner. Curtains in the room unfortunately do not close fully and was not resolved. Quite noisy air conditioning."

"In the hallway there is a smell of garbage. There is no cleaning of the rooms and they don’t even empty the trash. The location is nice. House is nice. You can hardly see any staff in the reception. The walls are thin, you can hear the neighbours. Otherwise nice stay."
