"Probably our worst stay in poland (we went to krakow and warsaw), the most triggering part was the water, it always has a rusty smell. No body wash, toothbrush, toothpaste provided. Pillow at its worst shape and not comfort at all. However, despite all these the staff are amazing, approachable and friendly. Really wanna recognise the amazing staff for being hospitable despite the condition of the hotel. The breakfast was not bad too. The area is pretty near to everywhere we wanted to go so...

"The best thing about this stay was the location and restuarant recommendation given to me by member of staff. There is no heating in the room, either doesn't work or they purposely shut it off to save on gas costs, they gave me a portable heater which eventually didn't work either. The shower drainage seemed blocked and I was standing in my own dirty water and at night sounded like a rat was moving around in the shower base or toilet plumbing. Bed looked and felt like something you would get...

"The information about the hotel said onsite parking options include a garage. This was NOT true. We had to park 200+ meters away in a public garage and pay to park. Very expensive garage! Handheld shower head was broken."

"I don’t understand why Expedia is in partnership with this hotel. In my options for reservations, I took a superior room with dinner and breakfast included. Once I made my reservation that was non refundable, I received a message from the hotel say that the restaurant will be close at 6PM. On site, the reception, was asking us to have dinner between 5:30 and 6 PM. After they would close the restaurant. We protest, saying it was too early as we had excursions planned. They refused to change...

"Die Willa ist hervorragend, frisch renoviert mit kostenlosen Parkplätzen und gutem Frühstück. Das einzige negative ist der Service. Es war jeden Tag jemand anders an der Rezeption, wenn sie mal besetzt war und abends war niemand mehr zu erreichen. Leider fehlte auf Expedia auch die Information, dass man bei der Ankunft 500 PLN als Kaution Bar hinterlegen muss. Man sollte also genug Bargeld haben."
