"Loved the decor! The lobby, lobby bar and deck were so cute!
I specially picked this resort and the room fur the decor-very tropical and fabulous!
But honestly, the staff is what made this resort so great! From the front desk, to concierge, to the staff at Hot Tin Roof, to the pool bartender/ they all went above and beyond!"

"Our "walk out on the beach" room looked directly into the side of a van (no ocean view).
Our room also had a tweet noise every 12 minutes, which the hotel knew about and the engineering team couldn't find. The previous couple demanded to move, so instead of figuring it out they moved US in there. Finally, the next day, WE had to find it. It was a "gag gift" you can buy on Amazon that was placed on the back of the TV. NOT the night away I expected."

"We had a wonderful stay at Hyatt Centric Key West Resort & Spa! The pool was a perfect place to relax, and we especially loved seeing the rescued turtles - such a unique and memorable part of the property. The location could not be better: everything we wanted to explore in Key West was within easy walking distance. It was incredibly convenient to enjoy the sights, restaurants, and lively atmosphere without needing a car. We would gladly stay here again!"
