"Great coastal resort. The blue level pool was where we spent most of our weekend. Great view. Food around the resort was good. The drinks are pricey and the $28 daily parking and $45 daily resort fee are pretty ridiculous IMO. We spent 800 on food and drink in 2.5 days.. to get hit with over $200 in lame fees was kind of a let down. Overall though we woudl go back. The bay view rooms have incredible views. Would have been way better to have a balcony room but they were booked up. This...

"The pool is a joke. My community pool is much larger. The hot tub is another joke. We were so disappointed and sad. For the amount of money we paid, we literally couldn’t even swim without touching other people. The beach is not private. You literally can taste sun screen while swimming in the ocean because it is overly crowded. i am very sad we paid a lot of money and couldn’t even enjoy. I tried to reserve a spa treatment, they said it is booked until next week. So, couldn’t do that either....

"When checking in the person checking us in did not speck English well. The system was down so she was having trouble checking us in because she did not understand what to do. Then we was sent to a villa with a key. When we got there someone else was already in the villa. We had to go back to check in to get a different villa and after an hour we finally got another key for a different villa.
