"There was a poolside view from the room we stayed in. The hotel staff was accommodating and helpful. A regular breakfast would have been a better choice, rather than a continental selection.The experience would have been that much better.The cost cant be that much of a difference for the hotel volume of guests.The food prices for the guests in Miami are outrageous. We did enjoy the pool and the service provided. The champagne gift for our anniversary was appreciated and unexpected.Thank You ! ...

"The bathroom sink was clogged the entire time we stayed at property, even though we brought it to the staff’s attention multiple times. The lights flickered in the room the night we arrived but when we let the staff know they handled it quickly. Overall they need to update the rooms. "

"This was the perfect spot to stay before heading out on a cruise. The room was clean and comfortable. The pool is huge and has a resort feel. The gym has decent equipment and was clean. The staff were super friendly!!! You are in walking distance to several restaurants (must try Mystic Lobster Roll!) They provide a shuttle (company is cocoa beach express) to the cruise port for $12/person and to airport for about $60 for two people. They’re doing some renovations on the hotel but it wasn’t loud...

"We had the best experience at this hotel. Our room was gulfside with an amazing view. The rooms are okay, you are definitely paying for the view and area not the room. The furniture is older but the room was cleaned daily. Walking distance from the Boardwalk and only a 15-20 minute drive to Destin. One downside was the parking fee, we paid $1,200 for 4 nights plus $15.00 per night parking and daily resort fees. I would've thought parking would be free being that you are already staying there but...

"The rooms are clean but very outdated almost feels as if you are staying at a motel. The staff was great and helpful; didn’t have much interaction with them other than complaining about noise which they compensated by waiving fees. The pool area is nice but it has seen better days. Before booking just call to make sure they don’t have any conventions staying with majority kids/teenagers. "
