"Once we arrived, we ended up paying extra to upgrade to a room with a balcony because our original room didn’t have one, even though the pictures made it seem like it did. "We had to book a couple of extra days (after being at a different hotel on Ocean Drive for the week) due to flight cancellations and wow were we happy with the Park Central. The hotel was bright and open and clean. The staff was very friendly and helpful and the room was great. We had an ocean front king room and had wonderful views. The two pools were so nice to relax by and we ate at all three of their restaurants. Great food! Will definitely stay there again!"

"The hotel does not seem to enforce any noise control for guests. On two consecutive nights, people in nearby rooms were playing loud jazz and music that could easily be heard from the hallways. The noise continued until around 3–4 AM and was loud enough to wake us up in the middle of the night, yet the staff did nothing to address it. "Everything was beautiful. I have been here before and it is so much better than the first time I came here. The only issue we had was the walls seem so thin. We heard our neighbors all night and it was frustrating trying to sleep. It was as if they were in our room with us. That’s how clear we could hear them. Other than that what an amazing place to stay for a getaway. I will def stay there again. The hospitality and cleanliness was amazing. "
