"With no shower door and a wide opening for the shower, quite a bit of water ends up on the bathroom floor, too much for the typical size towel to cover and soak up. Since the floor tile is slick, it creates a potential sip and fall situation each time one gets out of the shower. Plus there is no towel hook within reach of getting out of the shower. Flushing the toilet is loud, in your room and adjacent rooms, and can wake you up in the middle of the night."

"First the receptionist was nice greeting us. After we refused her persuasion tonupgrade the room, she was super cold to us. When we asked question about breakfast and stuff she replied hesitantly. The room was clean but the smoke smell was really bad eventhough we booked the non-smoking room. We ordered Uber eats. You have to make sure you can receive it by yourself because mine were gone without no hotel staff knew or even care about it. I would not stay here again in the future."

"Affordable, comfortable, straightforward stay in an excellent location. At once, a little bit of an Oasis from the clutter of the Strip, but still plenty of things going on. The Promenade offers an enjoyable neighborhood of dining and activity right on hand. Easy walk to the Sphere. Rooms are perfectly adequate for a couple nights. Clean and quiet, good rest. Would like a more table and comfort chair space in the room for eating, relaxing. Also, could not find any lounge area at the hotel to use...
