"Very beautiful "

"The bed was very comfortable but the cleanliness was not what was expected for an expensive stay. After checking into our room, the trash was not taken out from the stay before us. There was a blood splatter spot in the closet, and a pill on the bathroom floor. So you can understand how upsetting this was and unsanitary we felt. We did tell the front desk and they came and had someone clean our room hours later even though they still didnt clean the blood in the closet. Then tried to charge...

"Booked a hotel for SNW, about a 15-minute walk to the fairgrounds. I received a text saying my room was ready, but when I arrived, I was told it wouldn’t be ready for another hour. The check-in staff were excellent and provided great customer service. I was disappointed to be charged a parking fee despite staying for two nights.
