"We really enjoyed our short stay. The only issues were that we couldn't get our two rooms closer to each other from the same reservation but at least we got to be on the same floor. Also, one room was cleaned and the other was not on our second day but it's been hit and miss for us regarding housekeeping the past few years we've gone to Vegas. I tried calling the front desk to request housekeeping in the evening when we arrived back to our room but no one answered. Other than that, the rooms...

"First the receptionist was nice greeting us. After we refused her persuasion tonupgrade the room, she was super cold to us. When we asked question about breakfast and stuff she replied hesitantly. The room was clean but the smoke smell was really bad eventhough we booked the non-smoking room. We ordered Uber eats. You have to make sure you can receive it by yourself because mine were gone without no hotel staff knew or even care about it. I would not stay here again in the future."

"Noise was terrible. Constant pounding from the music at the pool til 3am almost every night....Only 1 shower door and no curtain. Everytime I took a shower the floor got wet. Maid service has terrible attitudes."
