"Overall it was a good experience. Great location with easy access to shopping and plenty of food options close by. We stayed in the Bordeaux Tower the room was spacious and clean. Lighting was limited and the AC was not strong enough and could only be felt if you were on the side of the room where the unit was located. The bathroom didn’t have a fan or "

"The room waa very clean and nice. The food at Pyramid cafe was awesome and the Luxor steak house had some of the best steak I have ever had. The spa was amazing! Service at one of the bars was rough... female bar tender was kind of rude. Some of the dealers lack enthusiasm and were just bad vibes at the roulette tables.. other than that the stay was awesome. "

"My room smelled of sewer gas as soon as you walk in the door and had to call maintenance about it. He sprayed something in the drains, which took care of the issue. Was on the 7th floor facing the pool, by noon the pool was packed and all you could hear was the blaring booming from the music being played all day until 5 pm when they closed pool down. Just to noisy!"

"The room was not ready until 6:30 PM. We were traveling with elderly people and kids and had to wait around for two and a half hours. While the room was big enough (we paid for a 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom unit), they did not provide shower gel, soap, or shampoo in the bathrooms. In the kitchen, the oven and cookware were dirty, and they didn't provide any coffee packs. There were also not enough towels; they only provided three pool towels for eight people. I don't recommend this place."

"Hotel was in a great location. It is very big and the staff was always available. The elevators were great as this isn't always the case with big hotels. The entrance inside is very nice. "

"I have a couple of complaints for this stay and it is the very slow drain in our bathroom basin. They also nickel and dime you for parking in their garage. Used to be complimentary. Otherwise, the room was clean with great views of Linq Promenade, Ferris Wheel and The Sphere as the backdrop. "
