"First the receptionist was nice greeting us. After we refused her persuasion tonupgrade the room, she was super cold to us. When we asked question about breakfast and stuff she replied hesitantly.
The room was clean but the smoke smell was really bad eventhough we booked the non-smoking room.
We ordered Uber eats. You have to make sure you can receive it by yourself because mine were gone without no hotel staff knew or even care about it. I would not stay here again in the future."

"The room was dirty. The tv was unplugged and I had to unplug a lamp to plug it in since the plug was behind the tv stand. There was garbage behind it. The coffee pot didn’t work and made a huge mess that I had to clean up. When I complained, no one offered any compensation. Also, I ordered food from a restaurant on the property to be delivered to my room. I was charged a gratuity when we ate it in our room. Also charged a delivery fee and a tip. That was unacceptable."
