"The room had a strange brownish waste looking stuff rising from the bathrooms. Outside of that the rooms are big and spacious. The restaurant is absolutely terrible. We waited 45 mins after we ordered drinks to receive them. We ate dinner and still didn’t have our drinks. The entire complex seemed highly understaffed. The first day at the pool we didn’t see a waitress at all. The last day the trash cans were overflowing and literally trash was everywhere by the adult pool. They had 1 bar tender...

"Room was very clean staff was good at the front desk but no one answers phone but they answer texts so very happy about that.
Breakfast was amazing and kitchen in room amazing I will be staying here again love how big my suite was "
