The concept is there, the place is massive.. however.. you need to get staff that appreciate your property. My bathroom was DISGUSTING. Their were hairs in the tub and it was grimy. The floor needed to be swept and felt dirty with bare feet. The shower chrtsun had green mimd in the Inside and I went to the front desk on my way to dinner my forst night to tell them. The girl said that they would take care of it. Well, they took the shower curtain that I took down and didn't replace it. I had to go to walmart across the street and buy one. I took one shower there. The pool by my building was out of control with no supervision .. there were groups of people smoking weed and drinking shots of hennessey cursing, kids running everywhere and it was just a disaster. I had a day trip planned to clearwater for one of my 5 nights but after the shower and pool incident , I drove to clearwater and stayed 2 nights there, then drove back and packed my stuff and went to lake buena vista to a holiday inn and stayed the remainder using points i had. Nothing was done, no compensation, no acknowledgement, nothing. I will never recommend this place to anyone or ever stay here again. Gross..

Room was found very clean and with no issues. Lots of great amenities and stuff to do for the whole family. If we wanted to go out, everything like restaurants and stores was very close by. Will be returning. Highly recommended!

Terrible!! Family with kids just to let you know that the WATER PARK IS NOT INCLUDED IN THE PRICE pictures that are posted are deceiving they promote this huge water park in the pictures you need to read the fine print. We also contacted Expedia about this issue and expressed our frustration,we always use Expedia to book our travels and this time I was not happy. Room cleaning is also not included. Only included when you stay 2 weeks or more any basic hotel provides room service.We had wet towels in a clear bag in the washroom for our whole stay. We had to request clean towels twice and they leave it at your door in a clear bag. Hotel is very outdated, water pressure in the shower is TERRIBLE, Ac is set at one temperature thank goodness it wasn't that hot in Orlando the week we stayed. We were also woken up by other guests around 2am you can here everything every night and early morningseqning around 6:00 am if your trying to get rest while on vacation this is not the hotel for you. I recommend that they put up signs to be respectful of other guests while they sleep. Guests with there car doors open playing loud music.This is a timeshare resort if I would have known I wouldn't book this resort type hotel. I recommend that you stay with well known hotels brands. We have been to many hotels this is the worst one yet. I do not recommend this resort and will never stay at it again,very disappointed.

Honestly, I am disappointed in my entire stay there. The few shared pools were small. The 2 room 2 bathroom villa was nice initially until we started getting comfortable. While in the complete glass shower out in the open, there was no where to put my foot to do a leg shave. So, I sat down on the shower floor and immediately noticed black mold under the tall ledge in the shower. The exhaust fans were LOUD. A fan sounded like it was about to go out. The big jet tub was dripping constantly. Then the main living area tv wasn’t working at all. They did quickly send maintenance, but they were there for 4 hours. It felt uncomfortable like we couldn’t be in our own villa. The groundskeepers were less than friendly. Everything was expensive, not much was included in the stay. For the amount of my entire trip, I would rather go out of the country and be treated better.

We stayed at the resort while we traveled to the Disney parks and it was perfect for our family of 4. We had a 2 bedroom suite and it had a nice kitchen area and spacious balcony. There were a lot of other families staying nearby and we saw a lot of activities and events going on around the resort. We unfortunately didn’t get to partake since some of them had to be cancelled due to bad weather during our vacation week. The staff was really helpful and made sure our room had the same number of beds listed in our reservation description. It also had a security area you had to go through which added extra peace of mind.

The room had a noticeable smoke odor upon arrival, which was concerning as we are non-smokers. Additionally, the sofa bed is in poor condition, with pieces appearing to fall apart. The bathroom showed signs of mold and dust buildup, particularly in the corners. There was also a significant amount of dust behind the queen bed. The resort needs more food options.

I had a great time at the resort! There was so much to do! From swimming to movies to the arcade! I didn’t get a chance to make it to the entertainment nights but there was something to do everyday! We definitely enjoyed the resort and will return! There were a few cons, no hot water only in the kitchen but we made do with it. The American restaurant was so expensive! They charged $2 for any additional topping for a cheeseburger which came plain! But overall a great place to stay!!

I gave it 3 stars⭐️ because the property listed misleads customers by saying waterpark tickets are included in which I was told they weren't. Alot of the amenities close around 5. Overall stay was great bedsides the few listed complaints

When booking do your research. Timeshare trap that takes advantage of folks who want to give their family a “resort” vacation without breaking the bank. No shuttles to parks, access to waterpark means you have the option to buy tickets for $25/person to an overcrowded public waterpark thats on site. Our room was newly renovated but still had ants and all water smells like sewage. Also, per our timeshare sales rep, the room is basically a showboat to get people to sign up to be an owner. Regular guests walking in, get the outdated rooms. So, false advertising. When they say “60-90 minutes” know the presentation is about 3.5 hours long. They use aggressive high pressure sales tactics which made myself, someone who expressed having sensory problems, extremely difficult. Even after stating we were not interested, and that it was difficult for me to be in a room that loud, the representatives were extremely rude. Making condescending remarks and kept pushing as if having a coupon to another part of their scam was worth the poor treatment. Teenagers ding dong ditching throughout the night. Waited until 230am to get extra blankets the first night. 2 days to get our belongings out of the broken safety box. 3 hours for towels. And check your receipts! We were charged 70 dollars for two drinks and then told we could only be refunded for the drinks and not the tip. Mind you, we never even got the drinks. All in all, will never go back or visit another property of theirs.

Yes, the facilities were good. I really enjoyed the check in representative Cavan going above and beyond and making a possibly upsetting situation into something praise worthy. I checked in late and the room I originally booked was unavailable and he spoke with his supervisor and got me into a premium suite at no extra charge for the inconvenience. Overall my experience was good.
