"My stay at this hotel was very disappointing. The room was not clean when I arrived, and the curtains had a very strong mildew smell that made the entire room unpleasant. It was obvious that cleanliness and maintenance were lacking. The customer service was just as frustrating. When I tried to contact room service, it took multiple attempts to reach someone.I called three times, and each time the phone rang for about five minutes before anyone answered.This level of service is unacceptable,...

"This was a beautiful property but very little signs explaining where to go despite how big it is.. I paid for parking online then got there and they told me no I didn’t, I have to pay $38 for parking.. then a resort fee $40 to use the amenities instead of adding that in the total of how much pay upfront. The bottle of water in the shop was $8 for a “large” dude it’s a regular bottle of spring water are we serious. Then the staff at the front was very unwelcoming and not warm at ALL....

"When checking in the person checking us in did not speck English well. The system was down so she was having trouble checking us in because she did not understand what to do. Then we was sent to a villa with a key. When we got there someone else was already in the villa. We had to go back to check in to get a different villa and after an hour we finally got another key for a different villa. "Great place to stay reliable and peaceful. Great view for fireworks and great bartenders in the rooftop sushi restaurant. My go to stay for Disney. Close to all the parks, elevators are always ready. The spa is great too amazing massages and very relaxing experience feels like vacation."
