"I love the location of this hotel. The free breakfast was good. The pools are decent. The poolside bar had great drinks. My only complaint is they didn’t clean our room fully at all. The mirror was dirty upon arrival. They only gave us one wash cloth. I had to go get wash clothes multiple times because they didn’t not put any back in our room."

"Beautiful property. But the fact that they have the worst pillows ever is mind baffling. Had to call desk and the ones they brought were still terrible. Not sure how a place so expensive gets such a big thing wrong. Even though they are a Disney family hotel they do not have the good pillows like Disney. Also note that they charge a 50$ resort fee as well as $40 a day to park there. Next time I’ll just stay at a Disney resort. Also no microwave or refrigerator in room. But the hotel is “ luxury...
