"This is the grand old lady of the Riviera Veracruzana. Spaciously laid out, beautiful materials, rooms with real good-size terraces, great restaurants, and super friendly service. The beach is hard sand like a tidal mud flat, but it is behind a reef, to totally safe for kids. The pool is lagoon style, but still offers an opportunity for early morning swimmers to get some serious exercise (one half-circle between the bridges is a 100 yards). In terms of value for money, it would be difficult to beat, I think. Love this place."

"This is my favorite hotel in Veracruz because of the staff's attention; they always make you feel welcome. The free breakfast is delicious and a great plus to start the day. The rooms are kept very clean, and the staff is very efficient if you need anything extra. The location is perfect for those looking to be near shops, malls, and the boulevard for a walk. It is very easy to get around from here, whether on foot or by public transport/taxi. I will definitely keep coming back."
