"Staff was awesome from desk to maintance guy great area but construction is going on next door so don’t expect to sleep in. Clean yet outdated. Looked as if they also are in the middle of updating and revamping. I’d def. Stay again tho. "

"This place is very misleading, it is a 10 minute or more walk to the beach, no beautiful sandy walkway like the pictures say, the whole place smells like marijuana, loud banging doors all hours of the night, I would not stay here again. Too misleading in every way. "

"The pool was very nice. Nice seating etc. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The Tiki Bar at the Deep was very great, very comfortable. Food was ok. Not much of a restaurant sort of all blended into one for lunch and dinner. My room was on the 1st floor overlooking the pool. It smelled really musty. Bad. There was an overturned, belly up copper colored bug about 2 inches long, with a lot of legs overturned near bathroom. Ugh. There was an outside area. Which was great to have being on the ground floor with 2 lounge chairs. The location was excellent with being right on the beach!"

"Absolute gem of a beachfront bargain. Booked last minute and was initially nervous about the self check-in (no front desk after 5pm), but it was incredibly easy and the customer care team was responsive and reassuring. Staff was friendly, valet-only parking caught me slightly off guard (I must’ve missed that on the listing), they were great and overall very worth it. The pool is great, the beach is stunning, and the rooms are modern, clean, and have amazing views. The entire hotel feels fresh and well-kept. Highly recommend. Best value for a hidden beachfront spot. I’ll definitely be back."
