While traveling with my kids, we arrived exhausted and were welcomed by the property owners who immediately requested everyone to take off their shoes at the entrance of the hotel (they were scared our kids would dirty their carpeted floors) . The owners are a charming couple who are also bilingual in French and English. The property and gardens are absolutely lovely and peaceful. "
