"Room was clean and very nicely appointed. I missed the instructions for access as my phone wasn’t receiving messages and didn’t realize it was a keypad entry which I needed a code. Luckily the coffee shop attached to the property had a nice fellow who gave us access to the key box and gave us the exterior code. Location was easy to Tram but it was a little noisy because of the busy street but the room supplied ear plugs as we were on the first floor. If the coffee shop wasn’t open, which it is...

"Our host Elisabeth was wonderful. Nothing was too much. Friendly and spoke any great English thankfully which made our stay very positive. The room was great and so was the bathroom and toilet. The bedroom over overlooked the alps. Breakfast was tasty and fresh. The meal that was prepared on arrival (precooked) was delicious prepared and cooked with her own fair hand. "We got to the chateau late in the afternoon. When we arrived Jeremy was very amicable and helped us with our luggage and explanation on how to enter the chateau. Emmanuelle gave us some very good restaurant suggestions near by to the chateau. It was such a great and unique experience spending the night at the chateau. We were given the Master room with the adjoining room for our son to sleep in. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom was great! We got to walk the grounds for an evening stroll....

"Pas de chauffage, un simple radiateur électrique insuffisant dans la chambre mais rien dans la salle de bain. Pas de ménage (lit pas refait, pas de nouvelles serviettes) entre J1 et J2. Mobilier et design des années 1970"
