"Great hotel in Bordeaux!"

"Le personnel était excellent, professionnel et gentil. Le déjeuner excellent, sans parler des pattisseries trop bonnes. La note des trois étoiles est vraiment indépendante de tout ce que le personnel a fait pour notre séjour. Le lit et les oreillers ne sont pas super confortables. La salle de bain avait de la peinture abîmée à plusieurs endroits et la tête de douche pleine de calcaire. The room was clean and had plenty of room. The rain forest shower was the best. Hotel is well located, with many things in walking distance."

"Staff was amazing throughout the stay and the room was impeccable. We loved the suite, the finishes, and the balcony. Bed was super comfy. Cocktail bar downstairs is underrated, not sure why it seemed empty because the bartender was a master and their gin selection was very impressive. Breakfast in the morning was also well worth it, the chef was very attentive and her food was delicious. We 100% plan to return and would highly recommend booking the suite for your stay. "
