Encontramos pelos y además las lozas de la parte de abajo requieren más limpieza. Pero en general el lugar está cómodo y bien ubicado. Atención amable de personal de recepción. "

"Me encantó. El staff fue muy atento y estuvo súper atento a lo que necesitábamos desde el momento que descendimos del tren. Les agradezco mucho porque hicieron más de lo que debieron en dar un excelente servicio Por el otro lado el lugar es increíble y tiene senderismo increíble para ver las bellezas de la naturaleza. Sin duda regresaré con mi familia para poder pasar más tiempo explorando todo lo que el hotel ofrece "

"Es un hotel con una vista increíble sin embargo en los baños comunes no hay agua en los sanitarios y había que estar llenando una cubeta para utilizar los sanitarios. En las habitaciones como el techo es de madera se escuchan todos los pasos y ruidos de la habitación de arriba y en la habitación que nos tocó había como que humedad y en el sanitario caía agua de arriba fuera de esos detalles estuvo muy bien la estancia "

"This was a great place to spend a couple of nights while waiting for the El Chepe connecting train to Creel. The staff were great and picked us up from the train station without pre arrangement. The rooms are simple but clean and comfortable. We did have issues with the toilet not flushing properly and the shower was a bit hit and miss as well, but they were minor things and wouldn’t stop us returning. The restaurant serves good home cooked meals and nothing is a problem for the staff. They can...

"Our stay was good. In the evening when I went to tell them our group of about 20 would have breakfast there there was no one around. In the morning no one. Not only was the office locked up but the gates to the courtyard was locked as well. 4 vehicles licked inside. Fortunately my husband managed to pick the lick and we were able to leave. "
