Had a wonderful stay at the Villas. Enjoyed the unit and the view was fantastic. The owner was very accommodating. Really enjoyed staying on this side of the island as opposed to 7 mile beach area. Much less traffic and hustle bustle. Very beautiful property!

Nice property - terrible location for tourist
Pro's:
> Property just as pictured - Clean, Modern
> Owner had floats, day cooler and chairs available for use
> Good communication with owner
Cons:
> 40 minute drive to ANYTHING of interest (7mile beach)
> The small beach was not for swimming due to rock/reefs
This was too far away to 7 mile beach - although by map its only a few miles away it was a LONG drive due to traffic and weird roads. Seeing as you need to travel to 7 mile beach for tourism, I do not recommend this location for a tourist.

I liked the cleanliness of the property, the ease of check in, and the free parking. The property manager was also great at communicating. I didn’t like the location because from what I saw it was the only part of the island where the ocean had seaweed and it was lots of it. I also didn’t like that we weren’t close to everything, if someone likes to be away from the attractions then they’d like the location. And the biggest issue I had was that the bathroom didn’t have a door. The bathroom is a private area that should always have privacy. Overall my stay was good for what the property owner good control.

Amazing view, super clean unit, and quiet out of the tourist hustle and bustle part of Grand Cayman. Only warning is the beach is not very swimmable unless you are willing to wade your way through yards and yards of sea grass - I was not, but still enjoyed the location and beach. You are about a 25-30 minute to 7-mile beach area.

If you are looking to relax and enjoy a very private beach front property, this is an incredible find at very reasonable prices.
We liked it because it sits just about in the middle between our favorite areas of Grand Cayman: Rum point and West Bay. (Quite truthfully, Seven Mile Beach is now a concrete jungle and you couldn't pay me to stay there!)
The condo was sparking clean, the AC as cold as you want it, and the views of sunrises from the large balcony were worth getting up early for. A great cup of coffee and views of the ocean, reef and breakers were incredible.
Oh, Jaki and Julie were just tremendously helpful and always available to help with anything.
Wow, just a little slice of paradise.

Great place but in the middle of nowhere
Pros: Beautiful private beach, nice pool, quiet, condo was clean and modern, bed and pillows were really comfortable.
Cons: Really not much around - Only stay here if you rent a car...it’s not very walkable. The bus is unreliable and it’ll cost you $$$ to take a taxi anywhere (if you can get ahold of one). Bedrooms face the road so you can hear some traffic - lots of dump trucks going by. The rooster made a lot of noise in the morning but we were up early so it didn’t bother us.
We were close to the White House restaurant and the Czech Inn, which were awesome, but it got boring going to the same two places day after day. Pirate’s Eatery was closed when we were there. The pool is nice but there weren’t enough chairs for everyone so we frequently had other guests laying right outside of our room, which was a bit weird, but we preferred the beach anyway.
Overall, the condo and beach were really nice...I just wish there were more around. Stay here if you want peace and quiet (and I mean serious quiet)...but if you want to be near ANYTHING like restaurants, shops, etc., you’re better off staying at Seven Mike beach or maybe Rum Point.

My husband and I visited Grand Cayman for over a week and split our time between this location and a full service resort on Seven Mile Beach. This Villa was not only very easy to find (rental car) but was the perfect location for allowing us to explore the entire North, South, and East ends of the island. And then add in the fact that the views from our own back patio/balcony were beyond gorgeous! It was great coming back from exploring the island and all it has to offer and being able to relax on a private beach or by the pool.
Additionally, the photos are almost as amazing as the views and villa are in person. We would absolutely book the Sea Palms Villas again in the future!

Great accomodations, rough but quiet beach
very modern and attractive units in a small building, a few restaurants in walking distance Beach is almost deserted but narrow with lots of seagrass and coral at water's edge so not ideal for swimming. . .

The apartment it’s awesome. When you come in you start appreciating the beautiful view of the ocean, the pool it’s just infront of it so you can enjoy it all day. The bedroom and bathroom are awesome, like from a magazine. The owner and the manager are super awesome, both of them answer txt messages with in a few mins, and they help you on what ever you need.
All around it was a great experience staying here.

I liked everything about the property. The location, with not much around, the modern look to the building and the very spacious apartment. It was very confortable. However, wished there were a shower exiting the beach so we could rinse the sand off our feet and not drag it to the apartment. Also, for my sons sake just wished the sofa bed was more comfortable.

Property was incredible. Unbeatable views. If the whole typical resort isn’t your cup of tea (certainly not mine) this is the place. Great value and just enough out of the way that you can experience the best of the whole island. The west side of the island is a little too commercial for me so this was perfect. Renting a car is a must
