Hotel yang so so..
Lokasinya cukup terpencil, kamarnya biasa banget, sarapannya ngga bervariasi, rasanya kurang enak, pelayanannya luamaaa

Perawatan Hotel
Untuk Hotel yg masih baru , perlu perawatan gedung yg lebih bagus lagi supaya tetap bisa bersaing, karena Hotelkan menjual kamar serasa dirumah, nyaman , bersih dan rapih. jadi hal2 tersebut yg harus di tingkatkan. Jangan kalah sama tempat saya kerja, dimana kita nggak ada Cleanning Service dan Office Boy, tetapi Toilet dan Tempat kerja , sangat bersih sekali , hal itu karena kita semua karyawan punya komitmen utk menjaga selalu Standart dan Kualitas dlm segala hal. thanks

1. 예약할때는 싱글이 없어서 트윈으로 예약했는 데 Room 524 에 들어와보니 싱글. 2. 이불을 젖히니 사용했던 휴지뭉치가 나오고... 3. 오래되고 삐걱거리는 가재도구, 4. 화장실은 새는 물소리에 밤새도록 신경을 거슬 리고, 5. 낡고 오래된 타올 두장. 6. 옆방의 조그마한 소리도 들리는 방음시설 , 7. 물때자국이 선명한 흰색 머그잔 , 8. 금액대비 작은 방사이즈... ☆ 사진과는 전혀 다름. ☆

Friendly staffs but small rooms& bed
The only thing I love is the staffs are super friendly and helpful especially the front manager name Jejen. But the room& bed are super small. The location is a bit remote from every where. But at least they have a decent breakfast.

Bad location
The hotel is far away from the city , bathroom so dirty, leaking faucet and hot water if on n off Noise from jet pump is really bothering.

Some thoughts
Aircon fluttered noisily. No international adaptor plug!i forgot mine and called the reception to ask for one to borrow. Breakfast is okie. The egg station churns out very good omelettes

Nice and new property away from city.
The property is located just opposite to the Jungle fest. Nice view from the back of the hotel where our room was located. We requested for queen bed in Expedia but unfortunately it was not available when we checked in so had to adjust with two single beds joined together. Staff is very polite and helping. We stayed in Superior Double Room and the room is spacious with TV (limited channels), cupboard, reading table and WI-FI. There was some problem with the toilet as some stinking smell was coming next day morning and it was intolerable. After request to cleaning staff they did there best to make the that stinking smell go away but not 100% succeeded. Also, there were some foul smell coming inside the lifts, should keep air freshener in Lifts and Toilets. As far as the ambiance of the overall property is very good. Coming to the Restaurant, the food we ordered for dinner was excellent and was prepared fresh. The price was also moderate. Morning buffet breakfast had decent number of items and the taste was good.
