This hotel is very clean and the staff are super friendly and helpful. They made sure we had everything we needed. The room is really spacious and the personal hot tub on the patio was so romantic and great after a long day of walking around and sightseeing. This was one of the best hotels we’ve stayed at ever.

The breakfast at the restaurant was amazing, also excellent service. The hotel decorations are unique , service in general excellent. Rooms clean and very comfortable, very comfortable beds and shower excellent too. Only disappointed about house keeping cause they didn’t go to fix my rom wile I was there but maybe was because I only stayed for two nights. But we will comeback for sure !!! Loved it

Everything stood out. The place was immaculate made service was great. The gentleman at the front door was there every time you walk through the front door and the people at the front desk were very friendly would stay there and every time I'm there food was OK that was included in the hotel room. It took a little while to get coffee the hotel the place was great. The food was three stars. We were there nine days, and they served almost the same thing every day.

Beautifully Decorated Lobby

From the moment we walked in, we were wowed by the beautifully decorated lobby featuring the art installation ‘Despertares’, created from recycled materials by Rafael Espitia—it’s breathtaking and unique. Our room was equally impressive, with a spacious terrace complete with a jacuzzi, sofa, table, and chairs. The combination of thoughtful design and comfort made our stay truly special!
