El wi-fi no fucionaba en nuestra habitación. No funcionaba el agua caliente. Nos notificaron que la habitación tenía bañera y eran mentiras, de utensilios de tocador solo había jabón, no había ni crema ni shampoo, ni agua. El segundo día nos quitaron una de las dos toallas a las que teníamos derecho, quedando solo con una (por ser dos personas. Hotel muy frío. Nos cobraron un agua que no nos consumimos.
No me gusto el servicio.
Cuando reserve la habitación en ese hotel fue por la comodidad y por lo servicios que habían dentro de la habitación. Muy contrario a la habitación que recibí, la cual no contada con nada de lo que decía en la especificaciones y la habitación, ademas que se escucha en la noche todo el ruido de las calles.
They did not have hot water, when we notified Guest Services all they said was that there was nothing they could do.
The rooms are incredibly small, we only stayed there one night and we changed to another hotel.

el hotel es bueno, lastima que a mi no me funciono el sanitario en todo el fin de semana que estuve, me tocaba llenarlo con tarros de agua, y me ofrecieron habitacion por cable que nunca tube
Hice una reserva por tres noches, como el evento se alargo, volvi a reservar por medio de la pagina y la tarifa fue muy inferior a la reserva anterior. Esta ultima tarifa no fue respetada por el hotel y me cobraron el valor que ellos quisieron.
Horrible! I go to Bogota quiet often an have stayed in many hotels there. I stayed in this one primarily for it's proximity to the U.S. Embassy. What a mistake! Apart from other issues, they crammed hotel insurance down my throat. Even through it is common for hotels in Bogota to charge this, if a guest objects to this, the hotel removes it from your bill. This hotel refused. I hope they use the extra money they charged me wisely because they could have made much more from subsequent stays. Not to mention their lower rating as a result of a bad review. That's what happens when someone with poor business sense manages a hotel. Stay away from this one.
