I had a comfortable stay at this hotel, which is located in a convenient and pleasant area. The bed was very comfortable, the room and overall hotel were clean, and the gym was a great bonus. However, I did experience some issues with service — on three separate occasions, I sat in the lobby to order a drink or coffee, and despite waiting between 15 to 30 minutes, no one attended to me. Aside from that, the stay was enjoyable and the facilities were well maintained.

Excelente hotel muy bien ubicación, impecables instalaciones y servicios. Solo tener presente que el sistema antisísmico del hotel, causa que ese se mueva con frecuencia debido al viento, este efecto para las personas que somos sensibles a eso es bastante incómodo y dificulta el descanso, en especial en pisos altos de ese hotel
