Overall, the stay was good. The room was clean and comfortable, and the lobby bar was excellent with a great atmosphere. The spa area was also really nice and enjoyable. However, the food at the restaurant was disappointing. The carpaccio was very thick and seemed old. Service and attention from staff were okay but not outstanding.

This hotel is a solid option if you miss a connection and your next flight leaves early in the morning. The location near the airport is definitely its biggest advantage, and the shuttle service is a major plus. There isn’t much commercial shopping or entertainment around the area, so don’t expect to walk anywhere interesting. The rooms are comfortable and fairly priced—nothing luxurious, but good value for a short stay. One downside is the limited food and beverage schedule. The bar and restaurant close at 11:00 PM, leaving only room service available. That feels a bit early, especially for travelers who just missed a flight and might want to unwind with a drink. In the morning, the restaurant closes at 10:00 AM. They do offer service at the bar afterward, but I waited about 20 minutes and no one even offered water. The lobby coffee was also cold and low quality. Would I stay again? Probably yes—mainly because of the convenience and airport shuttle.

It was my first time staying at this hotel. I chose it because of its proximity to El Dorado International Airport, and the airport pickup was easy and convenient. However, the check-in process was unacceptably slow. Despite having three front desk employees present, only one was actually helping guests while the others stood around talking, creating an unnecessary line. Outside my room, there was a coffee cup with leftover coffee, clearly left behind by a previous guest. Housekeeping had obviously not done a proper job. I had to pick it up myself and move it to a tray in the hallway near the elevators. The most serious issue—and honestly unacceptable—was the shower door. The locking mechanism malfunctioned, and after finishing my shower, I was trapped inside for about 10 minutes. I had to force the glass door open to escape, which is extremely dangerous. A faulty glass door that can trap a guest is a major safety hazard and should never happen in any hotel. The only positive part of my stay was the room service food, which was excellent.
