"The check-in was very slow. When I arrived, there were two people doing that job. Then one left after he finished with the people he was helping. This left just one person who had some difficulties with the couple he was checking in. I waited approximately 10-15 minutes to check in and there was a couple behind me who waited even longer. My WiFi didn't work. Fortunately, the two young men at the desk were able to do something involving a hot spot and got it to function. There was a false fire alarm, which required that I walk down 5 flights of steps to avoid the elevator. I was not aware of when the all clear sounded and had to ask someone if it was ok to go back to the room, and it was. The toilet did not flush properly. I called the desk and asked for assistance. They said that they would send somebody right up. Forty-five minutes later, when nobody had shown up, I called again. This time a man came about fifteen minutes later. He didn't really fix the flush but showed me how to get around it by holding the flusher knob for several seconds until I saw the water swirling and going down the toilet. I had the do-not-disturb tag hanging on the outside of the door, but the cleaning lady entered the room anyway."

"Never accept room 107. The one wall is the kitchen/bar. The door is outside the bar area so you hear everything from staff and people at bar. The supply room and janitor closet are right outside the room door. So loud all night long was the absolute worst."

"It was a little strange having to go through metal detectors and eye scanners every time you re-entered the resort. The lady on reception was not very friendly and was super slow also, however Christina in the bar was fantastic and very entertaining….thats the only reason i would revisit. I was sure when i booked that breakfast was included but there was only a pay coffee bar. Trying to find q parking spot could be tricky….i would suggest the hotel give valet park to guest for the whole stay and not just one room pass"

"Disappointing experience at this Hilton. I stayed at this hotel along with other family members for a family event. Airconditioning was not working anywhere other than hallways (including bedrooms and lobby). I was sharing a room with my 2 daughters. Room was never cleaned, despite housekeeping being in the hallway when we left at 10am. I agreed to have them send an engineer to the room and they also said they would deliver a fan. It was quite disappointing to return to my room at 11pm, after a long day to find a hot, unmade room with no fan. When I mentioned all of this to the manager at checkout, he offered to refund my for one night’s stay, but said I needed to call Expedia (who I booked through) because they couldn’t make the refund directly. Thankfully, Expedia was great at following up and chasing the hotel for the refund as the manager apparently never made note of the refund. I give the Hilton 2 stars and Expedia 10 stars."

"The overall stay was acceptable however there was an issue with one of their security guards. I will spare you the details, but it was very unprofessional. Beds, towels, and bathroom were all clean, but the bedroom carpet was filthy and I could tell that it had not been thoroughly cleaned in a while. The nightstand was sticky, and there were a pair of somebody’s eyeglasses on the floor between the right side of the nightstand and the wall. I enjoyed their breakfast buffet one morning and it was absolutely delicious and lots of variety. The front desk staff were really nice and super helpful. I’m bad with names, but Elizabeth was super friendly."
