"Stayed in room 427 for only one night.
The only reason I didn’t give a lower rating was due to the night clerk who was very nice although she seemed like she had a pressing issue that needed to be addressed.
The hallway carpet is absolutely disgusting with various stains. Our sink drained so slowly that I thought we had the plug in the down position.

"Pros: the clerk was kind, the bed was comfortable, the room was clean
Cons: felt like prison and guilty before proven innocent. took 30 minutes to check in with an already paid for room. (One guest ahead of me). Plastic partition at front desk felt like jail. Wording of "taking $50 cc deposit would be returned if not stains, etc found in room." Took a bath and while in the bath (husband answered knock at the door) and man asked if someone was taking a shower (yes) and its leaking downstairs...

"This is incredibly frustrating, my flight was delayed, even though I had paid a deposit on the room, I got in 12 hours later than expected. When I checked in, they told me that they not only charged me, but that they gave my room away. Neither a refund nor solution was given. So not helpful, I called Expedia and they told me it was up to the discretion of the hotel.
NOT A VERY GOOD AREA, either.
I believe it was the owner who is at the front desk, so word to the wise… STAY AWAY"
