"No staff on site. Had to go to a different hotel to even check in. Room was filthy. Other parts of hotel were not clean at all. Highly inconvenient in the room they put us in, it was like a maze to get to the room. The no elevator to get our things to the room. "

"This place was absolutely perfect to call home for the night! I went at the end of March so it was very cold and a lot of the shops were still closed for the season but I loved every bit of the island and this lodge luckily stays open year round which saved my butt! This place is clean, quiet, comfy, so so close to the water and right downtown where all the good stuff is! I’d stay here over and over again. The staff was so very friendly and helpful, we were thrilled with our stay!"

"Evening check in person seemed annoyed she had to get off her phone to check us in, she was rude, we could definitely tell she didn't want to be there and that we were an inconvenience to her. Player's club staff also acted inconvenienced to assist us. No one seemed happy to be there. Room hallways were under remodel with wet paint signs and long nails sticking out of trim. Hotel definitely needs some updating."
