"We booked 3 rooms and two had no air conditioning working. Reported the fault, a man arrived, shook his head, said sorry and left. Never saw or heard of anyone again. Not bothered that it was 30 degrees in our room. Two of our three couples spend a very very uncomfortable 2 nights, one couple even had a baby with them. Nobody offered fans etc we had to eventually ask for one on the second afternoon but only the one was available for the two rooms. Would have expected some kind of apology at...

"Pas de housse de matelas et couverture malodorante. Personne à l’arrivée pour replacer la couverture et fournir le drap housse (gestion de la réservation via une machine).
Pour le reste, chambre propre. Petit déjeuner plutôt correct et abordable."
