The Best Western used to be really nice. Now, it is lacking any sparkle. Unfortunately, the area around the hotel is changing.Kopper Kettle restaurant next door is closed. Many business complexes near the hotel also sit empty. Great for the shuttle ride to Boise airport, though!

I love that you can walk here from the airport. Just follow the sidewalk from the baggage claim area along the right side of the road.

Rooms facing inside were ok, had to change from rooms facing outside which had first floor windows. Pillowcases and some towels had stains but the tub and bathroom were clean. The air was loud and dry.

Great breakfast, fast and easy check in with friendly staff. Room was clean and very comfortable. Walkable to the airport (a shuttle is provided but had to go get rental car early in the morning and didn't wait for the shuttle. Easy access to the interstate, shopping, etc. Very nice stay at a reasonably priced hotel.

I really like this hotel, but one suggestion would be to install convenient handles inside the shower to assist guests who may have a problem of getting in and out of the bathtub after a shower. Perhaps three of them, two at different levels and one vertical above the bathtub on the wall just as you enter the tub. I think it would be most helpful and also give those a need of secured safety with their assistance.

Stayed here to catch an early flight. Front desk gal was amazing but the place is old the carpets is crusty and it’s just that a place to sleep. Bed was comfy shower was hot coffee sucked turns out earliest airport shuttle was 412 we drove anyways and parked at airport. Not worth it and we got half price I think I would have slept better in my car

This is an older hotel and small bathrooms but overall clean & convenient. The location to the airport was perfect for our needs.

Small rooms for 3 people & shower did a extreme hot to barely warm variation. Staff friendly & rooms clean just an older hotel & small rooms.

This hotel was fine for a quick stay but its biggest drawback was that the big windows open up to the hallway and not outside. Very weird.

Thank you for your feedback. We do have a unique layout of rooms but in the future you can request an outside facing room. We have rooms that face the interior and rooms that face the exterior. I hope you come back and get to experience both.

The stay was pleasant. We were a little disappointed that the hot tub was not available. Otherwise the stay was good. The breakfast offered was plentiful and perfect.
