"I am very dissatisfied with my stay at this hotel. During the entire time I was there, I did not receive room service, and it was extremely difficult to get clean towels and fresh sheets when needed.
To make matters worse, I was never informed that there would be a $10 per night parking fee. This charge was not clearly communicated at check-in, and I was surprised to see additional charges on my bill.
On top of that, my card was charged over $500, which was unexpected and has caused significant frustration. Between the lack of housekeeping, poor communication regarding fees, and the billing issues, this was not the experience I expected. Unfortunately, I would not recommend staying here."
