"The day we were there it was the hotest temperature ever recorded, it was very surprising to me that the hotel didn’t have any ice even in the restaurant! we arrived at two pm and couldn’t find anything to eat in the neighborhood everything is closed until five! When we arrived, we were informed there was a festival in town that weekend, and had to park at the train station two miles away. No way to drive in or out for the whole stay. " Kamer zag er schoon uit we hadden wel chips van vorige gast onder het bed gevonden en haren in het doucheputje wat minder was. We hadden soms last van insecten. Bedden waren schoon en netjes. "The room had no a/c, being an American, I figured I didn’t know how to work the a/c system. I googled how to use it. Watched videos. It still wasn’t working. The first night was super uncomfortable. The second night I asked, they told me my room had no a/c and gave me a portable fan. That I had to carry up to the second floor. Pool was closed. Elevators were also closing due to maintenance. Staff were as extremely nice. I didn’t know we had to pay for breakfast, not worth $12 each person....

"Lovely breakfast, spacious rooms and the check in staff are extremely helpful and were fantastic with the requirements we have for our child who has special needs. They kept his food in a fridge for us, so we had ease knowing his needs were supported. "
