"Very close in proximity to Alexandria Bay. We could even walk. You will cross the street then the road is calm and a nice walk to downtown. About 1mile to downtown. The property owner is professionally attentive. He checked on us daily to ensure we were happy. The housekeepers came daily to refresh the room. They were professional and helpful."

"One of the best places I’ve stayed. Family style and the deco fits riverside vibe perfectly. Staff were very helpful and friendly. They let us check in very early and lent us all kinds of stuff including utensils. The shared area was also very nice, with swing chairs and all. The neighborhood was quiet yet adjacent to the river and the pubs. Recommend this to anyone who wants a pleasant stay!"

"The entire place is a bit run-down. The road at the entrance is pot-holed and unattractive. The restaurant and pub are not open during the week, which was not mentioned on the website. They charged a $4 day "maid service" fee at checkout, which was not previously disclosed. I left money daily for that service, unaware that I'd be paying more later."

"We loved our stay at the hotel, the view is just gorgeous. The town is adorable and so clean. We did not eat there, so we can't speak to the food, but we ate in town at a great spot for lunch. Can't wait to return"
